Last week, the CHARTER team along with our sister Horizon2020 biodiversity projects FACE-IT and ECOTIP held an Arctic Policy Briefing in in Brussels, as guests of the EU Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (RTD) in Brussels.

In the meantime, you can view and download two CHARTER posters. The first one showcased our StoryMap of a first person account of a Yamal icing event from 2013, seen through the eyes of a Nenets reindeer herder, Tokcha Khudi and his family. You can read this StoryMap here and download the poster below. The second poster is a preview of an interactive map being developed for the Arktikum Science Centre that shows where and how research into extreme weather events in the Arctic, during winter, is taking place. The posters were created by Irina Wang, who is a visiting Fulbright scholar to the Arctic Centre, Rovaniemi. Download both posters below!
